Refund Policy

Unused credits: full refund within 14 days

If you haven’t used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Write to support@vidforge.world from your account’s email address with the order (it is on your receipt and on your Account page). Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.

Partly used packs

Within the same 14 days, unused credits from a pack you have started to use are refunded proportionally (credits already spent on videos are not).

Failed videos

You are not charged for steps that fail: a failed scene or video uses no credits for the failed part, and you can retry failed scenes paying only for what is missing. If something still looks wrong, contact us and we’ll check it and return the credits if the fault was ours.

What isn’t refunded

• Credits used on videos that were made as requested, including when you don’t like the creative result.
• Free credits.
• Credits used on content that breaks our Terms of Service.

Who processes refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. When a refund is issued, the refunded credits are removed from your balance automatically.
