Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a protected (hashed) password, or your Google profile if you sign in with Google.
• What you create: prompts, scripts, voices, images and videos, and your settings.
• Usage and billing records: credits, the cost of each video, and your purchases (amount, date, order number). Card details go to the payment processor, never to us.
• Technical data: IP address (for security and sign-in rate limits), browser type, and the pages you visit.
• Where you came from: the ad or link (UTM tags) that brought you, so we know which ads work.

Why we use it

• To run the service: make your videos, keep your library, charge credits and prevent abuse.
• To send account emails (confirmation, password reset, receipts). We don’t send marketing emails without your consent.
• To measure our advertising (see cookies below) and improve VidForge.

Who processes it for us

• AI services that generate your video from your prompt: Google (Gemini), Microsoft (Azure Speech), fal.ai and the model providers it runs (e.g. ByteDance, MiniMax, Google), and, if enabled, Anthropic and ElevenLabs. They receive the text and images needed for each step.
• Lemon Squeezy (payments, as merchant of record), Resend (email), DigitalOcean (servers), Cloudflare (storage and DNS).
• Meta, TikTok and Google, only through the ad-measurement cookies described below.

These providers may process data outside your country (for example in the United States or the EU). We don’t sell your personal data.

Cookies

• Necessary: your sign-in session, a guest cookie that keeps your drafts before you sign up, and your language choice.
• Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google tag): they tell us which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases. A notice on your first visit lets you refuse them; choosing “No thanks” keeps them off. You can also opt out of personalised ads in your Facebook, TikTok or Google settings.

How long we keep it

• Videos you delete are erased after 7 days. Deleting your account erases your projects and files.
• Billing and spending records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting, even after an account is deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change your details on the Account page, download your videos, and delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or to complain, write to support@vidforge.world. We answer within 30 days.
